Sales Tax
Sales tax will automatically be charged only if the product is being shipped to a Nevada address, where Whooha Gear is based. However, most states that have sales tax require that their residents personally remit the appropriate tax for their out-of-state purchases. If you live in such a state, you are responsible for remitting your own tax to the appropriate taxing authorities.

Return Policy
Exchange /Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your product, Whooha Gear will gladly refund or exchange your purchase. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, must be in new condition and have sales tag still intact. Worn or used items will only be accepted in cases of a manufacturer defect. Please send items with a copy of your receipt and a note explaining your reasons for the return to: Whooha Gear 9328 Scenic Mountain Ln Las Vegas, NV 89117 Whooha Gear does not refund original shipping and/or handling costs; however, we will cover the cost of shipping exchanges back to you (US orders only).
